Maretime Bay (Mlp gen 5 game rip)

A big bunch of props and assets from My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure. This assets contain many houses (surprisely they are not "full", but they definitely will be useful for outside shots), walls, roads, etc so you can pretty easy build needed location. most props use same material, which also use single texture with bunch of node magic, which make whole .blend pretty well compressed and about 90 Mb size. provided screens done in Cycles, but mostly been done with EEVEE in mind.
